Fit Finally® does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any items purchased from our store. All sales are final.

Please refer to the size guide for accuracy of fit for clothes purchased to ensure they fit. All of our clothing items carried are hand-made and may have imperfections that might appear as defects. These are not to be considered as defects and are features of the manufacturing process.

Colors: Garments might lose their color upon washing or dry cleaning. Following the care instructions attached to the garment will ensure the longest wear of the product and quality of the fabric or color. Care for the garment is customer’s responsibility and the quality of the fabric or the color of the garment is not warranted by Fit Finally.

Sizes: Sizes displayed on garments are only for reference and might not be standard. Customers are responsible to check for the actual size of the garment by trying it on and making sure that they fit. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences.

WHY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

To provide the best quality for our clients, we only send new products and do not want to resell products that have been worn before, even if just once. Our products are purchased wholesale and cannot be returned individually to the manufacture, as it is prohibited in their return and exchange policy as well.
