The Client recognizes that this program requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. The Client fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
The Client understands that the knowledge derived of this program is accumulated based on life experience, trial and error of the owner of FIT FINALLY LLC. The health fitness information is provided for general informational and educational purpose only and is not a substitute for professional fitness advice.
The Client understands that it is their responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding participation in any fitness program, including those regarding a complete lifestyle change. The Client represents and warrants that they have no medical condition that would prevent them from participating in the Fit Finally Lifestyle Training Program.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this program, the Client assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries, known or unknown, which the Client might incur as a result of participating in this program.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Fit Finally Lifestyle Training Program, the Client knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waives any claim they may have against the instructor or owner of this program for injuries or damages the Client may sustain as a result of participating in this program.
Violators of this agreement are subject to a fine as deemed necessary by the owner of FIT FINALLY LLC.
